There are many reason why your spa might not be heating.
Firstly, check the clock & sleep timers are set correctly, as these will govern when the spa will heat. For SV Series controllers also ensure the spa is set to NORM mode.
Performing a software reset is also a good place to start when your spa is no longer heating.
You’ll also need to ensure the spa controllers TYPE software value is set to match the control model
If the spa is fitted with an external heat pump which is no longer running refer to SV Series Heat Pump Not Running
